Back in 2001, my favorite radio station was "WSMJ 98.7 FM". It was an easy listening station, which was the kind of music I liked back in those days. Later that year, it was suddenly, an unexpectedly changed to "WILD 98.7 FM", and became a gangster rap station (hmm, something that Denny Siegel might be interested in). Well, with that said and done, I had to find another station to call my favorite. My new favorite station was "COOL 93.1 FM", an oldies station, because I absolutely love the oldies! But the next summer, then THAT station changed and became an adult contempo station. Then I had to find ANOTHER new favorite station. After that, my new favorite station was "95.7 and 106.7 FM" which, again, was an oldies station. I've been listening to that station for a while now, but last night, they changed it to another adult contempo station. I can't have nothin' no more!

I remember a few years ago they messed with my radio too. They got rid of the top 40 station and replaced it with a retro station. The alternative rock station got shut down, then eventually turned into a top 40 station. Then that and country station switched frequencies (one was in the place of the other) so it was confusing for a long time. But the good ol' classic rock and modern rock stations stayed the same. That's really depressing. Try internet radio. Or CD's.
